    We’re looking for a dedicated individual to handle chargeback cases with the potential to transition into a full-time Customer Support Manager role. About the Role: As a Chargeback Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to manage and submit chargeback responses efficiently. If you excel in this role, there’s a clear path to becoming a full-time Customer Support Manager, where you’ll be responsible for maintaining our high standards of customer service and managing customer interactions. Key Responsibilities: - Submit chargeback responses for various cases on Shopify. - Handle customer complaints and inquiries (upon full-time transition). - Report on refunds, complaints, and chargeback statuses. - Respond to customer emails regarding refunds, tracking numbers, and FAQs. - Contribute to improving our support processes and documentation. - Required Skills & Experience: Must-Have Platform Knowledge: - Shopify Chargeback Response Submission - Shopify (eCommerce platform) - Slack (communication tool) - Google Docs / Microsoft Word - Gorgias (support help desk) – to be used later if you excel in chargeback handling. Other Requirements: - Fluent in English, both written and verbal. - Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support. - Highly organized, motivated, and eager to learn. - Availability for weekly team calls. - Ready to start immediately. - Available for at least 40 hours per week once full-time. - Not currently engaged in any other full-time jobs.
