Position: Remote Shopify Profit & Data Entry Specialist


Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable individual to manage the daily profit tracking for multiple Shopify stores (both mine and my clients'). This is a simple, repetitive task that is crucial for our financial oversight.


Your primary responsibility will be to log into various Shopify admin panels and create a Google Sheet to accurately record daily sales, fees, and net profit into a pre-designed spreadsheet. The process is straightforward and will be clearly documented.


Key Responsibilities:
• Log into designated Shopify stores daily
• Record key metrics (e.g., total sales, Shopify fees, payment gateway fees, net profit) into a shared Google Sheet.
• Ensure 100% accuracy in data entry.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all store data and financials.


Requirements:
• Must have prior experience with the Shopify admin interface. - Please detail this in your application.

• High level of trustworthiness and discretion with sensitive financial information.
• Reliable internet access and ability to complete the task daily with consistency.
• Basic proficiency with Google Sheets.
