Flight Simulator Technician

For Lufthansa Aviation Training Germany GmbH we are looking for you as a flight simulator technician in the area of technical operation of flight simulators. The department is responsible for the technical availability of our flight simulators.

Tasks

Repairing, maintening and overhaul of the flight simulators in our care
Carrying out preventive maintenance work
Being a contact person and first level support for our customers
Daily provision of the training devices
Repairing of electrical assemblies
Carrying out software and hardware modifications according to manufacturer specifications
Documenting the work carried out in the MRO system used
Preparing and implementing certificates required by the authorities

Requirements

Aircraft electronics technician or technical training specializing in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics
Further training as a state-certified technician is an advantage
Ability to work shifts 24/7
Practical experience in computer/network technology desirable
Good knowledge of English
Confident IT user skills
Experience in dealing with process instructions
