About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer – Site Manager to join our international project teams at multiple sites across Germany. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferably in earthworks, tunnelling, and HDD operations, with strong leadership and organizational skills.


Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all daily on-site construction activities
• Oversee earthworks, tunnelling, and HDD operations
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Manage subcontractors, workforce, materials, and equipment logistics
• Enforce German health, safety, and environmental standards
• Maintain detailed site records (daily reports, logs, diaries)
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, authorities, and clients
• Lead multilingual teams and foster collaboration across cultures


Your Profile

• Civil Engineer with minimum 5 years of site experience
• Proven track record in earthworks, tunnelling, and/or HDD
• Fluent in German, English, and Turkish
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• German citizen or holder of a valid work permit / EU Blue Card
• Degree in Civil Engineering (recognized in Germany or eligible for recognition)
