Stellenbeschreibung:

We are looking for a Site Civil Supervisor to join our HVDC team at Hitachi Energy. The Site Civil Supervisor will coordinate and inspect civil construction works throughout the delivery of the HVDC converter station. The role reports to the Civil Construction Manager and integrates with the Site Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all civil activities comply with safety plans, HSE requirements, and regulations.
• Support engineering activities related to civil works, providing construction insights, lessons learned, and best practices to ensure constructability.
• Review civil ITPs, ITRs, and technical submissions from subcontractors for compliance with design and specifications.
• Coordinate on-site civil construction activities to align with project schedules, ensuring cost-effective, quality, and safety standards are met.
• Maintain and update all civil documentation, ensuring the latest revisions are used on-site.
• Monitor and inspect civil construction work to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
• Prepare and coordinate civil-related red-marked drawings with subcontractors and engineering teams.

Candidate Profile

• Engaged, structured, persistent, well-organized, and a true team player.
• Bachelor’s or MSc degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in industrial projects; experience in the energy sector is a plus.
• Flexible, open-minded, and hands-on at construction sites.
• Valid German driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
