JOB DESCRIPTION

Your main responsibilities:

• Assisting Contract Specialist in contract preparation and negotiation;
• Assisting on site contract matters to Project Manager / Clinical Project Manager or other members of Clinical Operations department;
• If requested by Project Manager / Clinical Project Manager, acting as the principal/back‑up contact person for site contact‑related issues for the sponsor;
• Assisting in developing and updating templates of contracts with institutions, investigators, etc.;
• Assisting in preparing project‑specific templates of required contracts;

You have:

• Fluency in English;
• Ability to work effectively on assigned tasks alone and with supervision;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with other departments;
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel) programs;
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
