Responsibilities:

The project aims to provide end-to-end site engineering solutions for mobile network sites, ensuring that all design and implementation activities align with best practices, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Successful delivery will require effective communication in English (required) and basic proficiency in German (preferred) to collaborate with regional stakeholders and ensure clear understanding of project requirements


• Site engineering project delivery
• Complete management of the site engineering process from the initial radio concept development to the Request for Information (RFI), including Site Solution, EMF compliance, and Health & Safety (H&S) verification. The goal is to deliver an error-free, efficient, and technically sound design that allows for swift implementation, addressing customer requirements and ensuring optimal quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Design quality assurance and training
• Provide training sessions to Client’s internal staff and new Site Engineering (SE) partners, focusing on improving design quality and ensuring adherence to Clients' design standards and processes. The training will cover key aspects of site solution design and best practices for design execution.
• Rollout management and design implementation
• Oversee the site rollout process, including reviewing site designs, correcting design issues, applying StoB rules for regulatory compliance, and ensuring EHS management practices are followed throughout the implementation phase


Requirements:


• Experience in the planning field of 4G/5G base stations in Germany.
• Act as the Site Design expert interface with planning Partners.
• Relevant communication and contact person for specialist planners on the network operator side and planning offices.
• Preparation of individual requirements and their planning implementation.
• Examination of incoming site plans regarding infrastructure, radio network planning, regulatory requirements, and occupational safety.
• Fluent English and German
