Role Purpose

The Site Engineer will provide technical support for on-site operations, ensuring accurate setting out, quality control, and compliance with project specifications and health & safety requirements.


Key Responsibilities
• Carry out setting out, surveys, and dimensional checks for all site activities.
• Prepare daily records, technical reports, and QA documentation.
• Liaise with subcontractors and monitor works to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Assist in developing method statements and risk assessments.
• Report progress, issues, and technical queries to the Senior Engineer.
• Ensure safe systems of work and adherence to company procedures.


Person Specification
• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of groundworks, RC works, and infrastructure construction.
• Proficient in setting-out equipment and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Fluent in English (other European languages advantageous).
• EU passport holder
