Site Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Electrical Site Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical installation projects in Stuttgart. You will be responsible for ensuring all work is delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency, while managing site teams and liaising with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site activities for electrical installation projects.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Monitor progress, prepare site reports, and manage documentation.
• Act as the main point of contact between the site and project management teams.
• Resolve technical issues on-site and provide practical solutions.

Requirements

• Completed technical education (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Master Electrician, or similar qualification).
• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor in electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of German electrical standards (DIN / VDE).
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills in German (English is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
