Site Engineer / Supervisor (m/f/d) – Power Cable Installation

International Power Cable Manufacturer – German Branch

A leading global technology company specializing in power cable systems is managing multiple large-scale energy infrastructure projects across Germany. Our German branch is seeking qualified professionals to support field execution.

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Site Engineer to oversee the installation of high-voltage power cables on construction sites. In this role, you'll coordinate subcontractors, ensure compliance with technical and quality standards, and support the execution of time-critical infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise HV cable installation work conducted by subcontractors on-site
• Monitor quality, safety, and technical compliance throughout the installation
• Maintain accurate site records and daily installation logs
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and technical teams on installation matters
• Support schedule tracking and onsite coordination
• Report progress and issues to the Project Operations Manager
• Assist in preparing technical documentation and reports

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English , both spoken and written
• Solid understanding or hands-on experience with high-voltage cable installation
• Valid EU driver’s license and willingness to travel to construction sites

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of CAD for reviewing technical drawings
• Experience with MS Project or similar project scheduling tools
• Familiarity with HV land cable systems and construction procedures
