Your Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with slurry/chemical supply systems in semiconductor manufacturing
  • Proven experience with tool installation, initialfabstartups, or cleanroom expansions
  • Deep technical knowledge and hands‑on experience of facility preparation and monitoring techniques
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills, with attention to process and equipment stability
  • 300mmfacility slurry/chemical delivery experience
  • Familiarity with infrastructure requirements such as chemical delivery, drain systems, and ventilation/safety systems

The Role

Black Semiconductor is looking for a highly skilledFacility Engineerto lead theCMP/Cleaning/Plating area during the construction and ramp-up of our FabOnefacility. In this role, you will collaborate with design and construction teams to define tool layouts, cleanroom integration, and sub‑fab infrastructure needs—including chemical delivery, exhaust, and water systems. You will oversee equipment installation from acceptance testing through qualification, partnering with process teams to ensure smooth tool bring‑up and production readiness. Additionally, you will develop preventive maintenance programs, train personnel, and drive equipment reliability and process optimization through root cause analysis and continuous improvement. You will work closely with other team members, including the R&D and Process Equipment teams to develop the next generation of innovative graphene technology

  • Support, control, andmaintainthe slurry and chemical delivery systems in the CMP/Cleaning/Plating areas
  • Lead equipment planning, installation, and integration of slurry/chemical supply tools across CMP/Cleaning/Plating areas
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define chemical and exhaust infrastructure
  • Guide tool evaluation, procurement, and vendor collaboration for slurry/chemical supply equipment
  • Build documentation, training procedures, and maintenance programs
