About Us
We are me:vidual, an innovative skincare-tech company from Germany. With our product Synthor – a DIY cosmetic lab for home use – we combine beauty, technology, and sustainability. Our main growth channels are Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, youtube and we already use ManyChat (chatbot automation) and Metricool (content scheduling & analytics).

To strengthen our community engagement, we are looking for a Social Media Interactions Manager (freelance, remote).


Responsibilities
Community Management:
• Take over conversations when ManyChat can no longer respond (human hand-off).
• Personally reply to comments and direct messages on Instagram, TikTok & Pinterest.
• Ensure every request is answered in a friendly, timely, and brand-consistent manner.


Engagement & Growth:
• Actively interact with relevant accounts: likes, comments, story replies.
• Build and maintain relationships with micro-influencers.
• Monitor DIY skincare trends and engage accordingly.


Proactive Community Care:
• Create engagement lists (e.g. top followers, potential brand ambassadors).
• Suggest ideas to increase community activity and loyalty.


Monitoring & Reporting:
• Document recurring questions (to help improve our ManyChat bot).
• Provide short weekly reports: interactions, community feedback, and potential pain points.


Skills & Requirements
• Experience in community management or social media management (beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a strong plus).
• Excellent communication & empathy skills – ability to engage authentically with our community.
• Tool knowledge: familiarity with ManyChat and Metricool (or similar tools).
• Languages: German (fluent) & English (good proficiency).
• Organized & reliable, with timely responses (less than12h reaction time).
• Social media savvy: understanding of trends and dynamics across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest.


Scope of Work
• Daily presence (approx. 1–2 hours per day, split morning/evening).
• Start: immediately.
• Contract type: Freelance via Upwork.
• Long-term collaboration preferred.
