Bei SellerX bauen wir unser Brand & Marketing Team weiter aus und suchen jetzt einen Social Media Manager (x/f/m) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams!
In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Social-Media-Präsenz unserer beiden Flaggschiff-Marken im DIY- & Elektronikbereich — AZ-Delivery und Wirefy — und gestaltest digitale Communities, die Makerinnen und Hobbyist*innen in DACH und den USA inspirieren. Wenn du leidenschaftlich gern Geschichten erzählst, Communities aufbaust und Marken in Social-First-Erlebnisse verwandelst, bist du hier genau richtig.

Standort: Berlin oderDaggendorf, Deutschland (Hybrid – Remote oder Büro-Tage)

Für diese Rolle ist Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau erforderlich.

Deine Aufgaben im Detail:

• Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Social-Strategien für AZ-Delivery (DACH) und Wirefy (US) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Senior Director

• Planung, Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von originalem Content auf Instagram, Facebook und TikTok

• Aufbau und Pflege einer aktiven Community: Beantwortung von Kommentaren und DMs sowie Förderung langfristiger Engagements

• Aufbau und Steuerung eines Brand-Ambassador-Programms – von Recherche und Ansprache bis hin zu Koordination und Partnerschaften

• Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams Content, Email und Performance Marketing , um Kampagnen kanalübergreifend abzustimmen

• Monitoring der Performance, Analyse relevanter KPIs und kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Social-Media-Präsenz

Das bringst du mit, um in deiner neuen Rolle erfolgreich zu sein:

• Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Social-Media-Management, idealerweise im E-Commerce oder D2C-Umfeld

• Nachweisliche Expertise auf Meta-Plattformen (Instagram, Facebook) und TikTok – du weißt, was funktioniert und warum

• Erfahrung in der Erstellung von ansprechendem Content mit einem ausgeprägten Auge für visuelles Storytelling und starke Texte

• Strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise, mit Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte eigenständig zu steuern

• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (Muttersprachenniveau) und Englisch

• Bonus: Echtes Interesse an DIY, Mikrocontrollern oder der Maker-Szene
