Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

The position is full-time and preferably on site in our office in the picturesque Rems Valley (Schorndorf) - here you can not only enjoy our great coffee machine, but also the inspiring collaboration with our great colleagues! Remote work is also possible in some cases.

What you can expect:

• Collaboration in the continuous development and implementation of our social media strategy.
• Conception and creation of appealing and target group-oriented multimedia content (photos, videos, graphics, etc.) for various social media platforms.
• Development of creative campaigns to increase reach and interaction with the brand.
• Community management and proactive interaction with our followers.
• Monitoring and analyzing the performance of our social media activities.
• Collaboration with other departments to ensure a consistent online presence.

What you should bring with you:

• You are a real team player, work independently, are performance-oriented and enjoy taking on responsibility
• Sound (professional) experience in the field of social media management.
• Expertise in content creation and storytelling for social media platforms.
• Experience in the creation of highly interactive video content.
• Creativity and a good feel for online trends and viral content.
• Enjoy analyzing social media KPIs and continuously optimizing our content.
• Knowledge of Adobe software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and DaVinci Resolve is a big plus.
• Confidence in dealing with challenging questions and discussions in the community.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills, also in English.
