Responsibilities

Daily management and monitoring of social media channels for our clients.
Lead campaigns from concept to execution and continually optimise them.
Create content from planning through design to posting (e.g., using Canva & CapCut) and share your knowledge with teammates.
Serve as the content creation contact, set quality standards and ensure all publications align with brand, are creative and impactful.
Generate performance reports to measure strategy success and make adjustments.
Respond to client inquiries and interactions on social media platforms.
Collaborate closely with other marketing teams to synchronise and optimise content across channels.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in social media roles.
Advanced experience in a specific social media function such as content production or performance ads marketing.
Proficient with primary social media tools and experienced with image and video editing software.
Ability to produce engaging, platform‑specific content that engages and retains the target audience.
Strategic mindset to develop innovative campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Fluent in German (C1 or higher) and English, both written and spoken.
