Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, short‑form videos, graphics) for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop platform‑specific strategies aligned with marketing and brand goals.
• Manage the editorial calendar to ensure consistent, brand‑aligned communication.

Campaign Execution

• Support marketing and community teams in planning and executing social media campaigns for events, workshops, and training sessions.
• Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and continuously optimize strategies for reach and engagement.

Community Engagement

• Engage actively with followers, respond to comments, messages, and mentions.
• Foster relationships within the surgical education community.
• Collaborate with key opinion leaders, partners, and event participants to amplify reach.

Analytics & Reporting

• Analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
• Prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for growth and content improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities (English)

Qualifications

Dein Profil

• Du hast einen Abschluss in Marketing, Kommunikation, Media oder gleichwertige Erfahrung.
• Du kannst Erfahrung im Social Media Management vorweisen (idealerweise in den Bereichen Education, Gesundheitswesen oder Veranstaltungen).
• Du bist vertraut mit den Best Practices und Trends auf Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube und TikTok.
• Deine Kreativität ist deine Superpower: visuelles Storytelling, Shorts und Texterstellung sind für dich Daily Business.
• Von Vorteil ist Erfahrung mit Design‑ und Videobearbeitungsprogrammen wie Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut und Co.
• Du sprichst fließend Englisch (Deutschkenntnisse sind ebenfalls von Vorteil).
• Du bist ein proaktiver, strukturierter und detailverliebter Teamplayer.

Profile (English)

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in social media management (ideally in education, healthcare, or events).
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok best practices and trends.
• Creative mindset with strengths in visual storytelling, short‑form video, and copywriting.
• Experience with design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut) is a plus.
• Fluent in English (German language skills are a plus).
• Proactive, structured, and detail‑oriented team player.
