Description:
I am looking for a freelancer experienced with Softr + Airtable integrations to build a simple but professional web platform for my design business.


The goal:
A client-facing website where customers can submit design requests, track progress, and download invoices, with backend tools for my design team and myself.


What I already have:
• Tally.io form with ~12 questions (with conditional logic) for client submissions.
• CSV files ready to import into Airtable (Projects, Clients, Designers, Status Updates).
• Photoshop mockups and brand fonts to guide homepage design.
• Basic workflow sketched out (submission → review → designer allocation → client approval → invoicing → final files).


What I need you to build:
• Homepage – branded, clean design.
• Authentication – login/signup (clients + designers + admin).
• Client portal – clients can:
  • Submit a design request (via Tally form, linked to Airtable).
  • View their past + current projects.
  • Download invoices + final files.
• Designer portal – designers can:
  • Log in to see projects assigned to them.
  • Upload drafts / confirm progress.
• Admin portal (my area) – I can:
  • See all projects at a glance.
  • Allocate projects to designers.
  • Track progress with a simple status flow.
  • Upload invoices / final files.


Tech stack:
Frontend: Softr (using my mockups for styling).
Backend: Airtable (already structured, CSVs ready).
Integrations: Tally.io form → Airtable, Softr portals.


Deliverables:
• Fully working Softr website connected to Airtable.
• Client, Designer, and Admin roles set up.
• Project + invoice flows working.
• Handover documentation so I can manage/update later.


Skills required:
• Softr (must have experience building client portals).
• Airtable setup + linking.
• Integrations (Tally.io → Airtable → Softr).
• Basic design sense (to apply my branding).
