What you'll do
• Create tailored solutions for client projects across different industries and tech stacks, blending innovation with technical expertise
• Write scalable and maintainable code while ensuring best practices
• Communicate directly with our clients, offering technical insights and consulting
• Work in a cross-functional team with our Project Management-, Design- and Testing Team
• Review and improve code written by teammates—because great code is a team effort
• Mentor Junior Developers and Students, helping them grow through guidance and knowledge-sharing
• Document your work, making life easier for future you (and everyone else)


What we're looking for
• A university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience working with React, React Native, or Next.js in a professional and agile environment
• A self-starter who can work independently while staying aligned with the team
• Strong communication skills - able to discuss technical concepts clearly with clients and teammates
• Great at staying organized and noticing the little details to keep things running smoothly
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Willing to travel occasionally to our office in Berlin for team events, client workshops, and collaboration - a presence in or near Berlin would be preferred
• Bonus points: fluent German, start-up experience, backend skills (e.g. Node.js), native programming (Swift & Kotlin)
