Tasks:

• Programming, testing, and analysis of software components, primarily according to architectural specifications and/or in coordination with a Level 4 or Level 5 software developer
• Programming and testing of software components, partly according to design specifications
• Documentation of the software components for which you are responsible
• Integration of software subsystems from several software components, including in the target system
• Technical management of Level 1, 2, and 3 software developers
• Support with system integration

Requirements:

• Completed master's degree in computer science or comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in software development
• Experience working on large software projects
• Very good programming and design skills in an object-oriented programming language
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• In-depth knowledge of signal processing is a must.
• In-depth knowledge of C++ is required.
• Experience is an advantage in the field of active and passive sonar systems and in the practical applications of physics.
• Complex understanding of overall system and software architecture
• Willingness to travel worldwide
