Software Development Lead

It's a great time to join VALIDAITOR. We're looking for highly motivated and ambitious software engineering team lead(s) to join us. The role is remote within Germany .

Responsibilities:

1. You’ll help us develop our platform using our tech stack: Python, Django, Next.js, and more…
2. You’ll write both back-end and front-end components and run them in Docker containers.
3. You’ll work on different cloud vendors and adapt our platform to these environments.
4. You’ll write unit tests and good documentation.
5. You’ll participate in code reviews and ensure best practices in software development.
6. You're self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrate team-player qualities.
7. You excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.
8. You'll lead a team of software engineers.

Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of software development experience.
2. Strong knowledge of back-end and front-end software development.
3. Proficiency in Python, Django, and Next.js.
4. Practical knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL.
5. Practical knowledge of MongoDB or ElasticSearch.
6. Proficiency in Git.
7. Practical knowledge of Docker and Docker Compose.
8. Working knowledge of at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, etc.)

Bonus Points:

• Basic understanding of machine learning frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Practical knowledge of Kubernetes and how to scale applications horizontally.
• German language skills.
