Responsibilities

• Leadership and accountability: take disciplinary, organizational, and budgetary responsibility for the software development of our teams within the ART Platform, focusing on document management, workflow, and partner management.
• Employee development: encourage professional and personal growth of team members, promoting self-organized and accountable work practices.
• Cultivating trust: support and foster a feedback-oriented culture of trust with open communication structures within the team.
• Collective growth: collaborate with other People Leads and the ART Leadership to develop all software developers.
• Proactive collaboration: ensure future-oriented and needs-based collaboration with other agile leaders to advance the organization.

Qualifications

• Education: degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar education and training.
• Experience: several years of relevant leadership experience, particularly in agile software development teams (SAFe preferred).
• Technical skills: in-depth knowledge of development methods and software architecture.
• Leadership: strong leadership personality focused on collaboration, mentoring, and empowerment.
• Communication: well-developed communication and conflict management skills.
• Languages: excellent German and English language skills (C1 level).
