Do you have experience with battery storage systems?

Do you see yourself as a keen problem solver?

I am supporting a brilliant renewable energy business that are on the lookout for a Engineer with solid PLC programming experience. This is a growth hire as they look to grow one of their products within the business which is all around battery and charging solutions.




Responsibilities

• PLC Programming (ideally IEC 61131-3) for batteries, inverters and renewable energy systems
• Integrating battery and inverter systems into reliably functioning system solutions
• Building and maintaining local database infrastructure
• Conducting tests on test benches
• Developing tools and scripts in (C/C++ or python)



The profile they’re looking for

• Strong PLC programming skills
• Knowledge of battery storage systems
• Programming experience in C,C++ or Python
