Your mission
We are looking for bright engineers interested in designing elegant solutions to difficult problems in the real estate space. Our software engineers work across our suite of products, tackling a variety of frontend, backend and infrastructure challenges. At einwert, we encourage engineers to take ownership over technical and product decisions, interact closely with users to collect feedback, and contribute to a thoughtful, dynamic team culture.

• Work across our entire stack to develop new products, features, and tools for our customers
• Design, build, and improve the tools, libraries, and frameworks for our engineering team
• Identify and solve bottlenecks within our software stack
• Improve software deployment and data collection pipelines
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and secure software deployment
• Have the opportunity to work closely with real-estate domain experts
• Carve out your own area of expertise and influence product decisions
• Maintain and develop a culture of engineering excellence for the product and codebase
• Collaborate with other members and learn about different approaches to solving core issues in real estate

At Einwert, You Will

• Work across our entire stack to develop new products, features, and tools for our customers
• Design, build, and improve the tools, libraries, and frameworks for our engineering team
• Identify and solve bottlenecks within our software stack
• Improve software deployment and data collection pipelines
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and secure software deployment
• Have the opportunity to work closely with real-estate domain experts

Your profile

• Demonstrated ability as a self-starter and can quickly become comfortable with new technical tools
• Proven experience shipping and working on complex software solutions within a team
• Designed efficient and effective solutions to a wide range of engineering challenges
• Experience with containerization and other modern software development workflows
• Experience working with Python
• Experience working with IaC (e.g. Terraform, AWS CDK, AWS CloudFormation)
• Experience working with, operating and maintaining relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL)
• Experience taking initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Preferably based in Munich
  

Nice To Have

• Experience working with TypeScript, React
• Experience working with Django
• Experience building on AWS
• Experience working with C#
