What you’ll do

• Develop web applications and backend systems using Java, JavaScript, and Angular
• Design and implement technical architecture and system solutions
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and agile teams to define requirements
• Ensure high code quality with code reviews, unit and integration testing
• Prepare production launches, audits, and technical documentation
• Support and advise team members on software development best practices
• Contribute to feasibility studies, effort estimates, and technical decision templates

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Computer Science / Business Informatics, or equivalent IT experience
• Several years of hands-on experience in Java & Angular development and software architecture
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented and functional programming
• Experience working in agile (Scrum) teams
• Fluent in German and English
• Willing to work 2–3 days per week in the office
