Key Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for managing our entire portfolio of image processing software.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and strategic positioning.
• Develop comprehensive go‑to‑market strategies, licensing models, and pricing frameworks.
• Define the software product roadmap aligned with market demands, company objectives, and technological advancements.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to market launch and eventual phase‑out.
• Actively contribute to the overarching software strategy and collaborate with key stakeholders for successful implementation.
• Identify and understand customer requirements to create tailored software solutions.
• Engage with customers and partners to gather insights and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ensure clear positioning and messaging of software offerings in collaboration with marketing teams.
• Work closely with software development, R&D, and engineering teams to define product specifications and prioritize projects.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to drive successful adoption and market penetration.
• Develop and deliver training for internal teams to enhance understanding of the software portfolio.
• Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including technical guides, user manuals, and training materials.

Key Qualifications

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Professional Experience

• Extensive experience (at least 3 years) in software product management, ideally within industrial automation, image processing, or related industries.
• Demonstrated success in bringing software products to market and managing complex product portfolios.
