My client is a B2B technology SAAS startup for the legal cannabis industry founded one year ago by two entrepreneurs with a strong track record of building successful lean businesses.

Our client is building a no-code tech platform that allows any business to launch a fully functional Telegram bot store in minutes – no coding required.

Already tested, revenue-generating, and profitable, our platform is tailored for fast-growing brands in legal hemp & cannabis markets, enabling seamless crypto payments, product listings, inventory syncing, and customer orders — all inside Telegram.

As we enter our scaling phase, we're looking for a Technical Project Manager to join the core team and help us execute our roadmap, launch new features, and manage developer delivery with precision and creativity.

Role Summary

As Technical Project Manager, you'll play a key role in scaling our platform by coordinating development, turning big ideas into clear tasks, and leading new integrations across payments, messaging apps, e-commerce tools, and website infrastructure.

You'll start in a hybrid role, supporting both:

• Technical execution with two experienced developers
• Client onboarding – helping new brands go live with ease

As the platform scales, the role will transition to focus purely on product/process execution — no coding required, but a sharp mind for tech systems, logic, and lean operations is essential, and if you do have hands on coding experience that’s a bonus.

Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Delivery

• Manage the product roadmap and sprint planning with developers
• Break down high-level ideas into detailed, actionable briefs
• Test and validate features before rollout
• Document internal processes and technical specs

Client Onboarding & Feedback Loop (Initial Phase)

• Guide early-stage users through store setup
• Educate brands on best practices and troubleshoot issues
• Collect actionable feedback to improve platform usability

Growth & Scalability

• Help implement integrations with platforms like WhatsApp, Signal, Shopify
• Oversee development of multi-channel inventory management tools
• Manage website redevelopment and ensure seamless integration with bot and ecommerce systems
• Collaborate on future UI/UX upgrades (budgeted from profits)
• Explore payment expansions beyond crypto

Incentives & Progression

• Base Salary: €40,000–€50,000 depending on experience
• Performance Bonus: Earn up to 100% of your base salary through milestone-based bonuses (i.e. integrations delivered, accounts onboarded, performance KPIs)
• Earning Potential: Up to €100,000 OTE within 12 months
• Path to Promotion: Step into full Product Manager or Platform Lead role with higher base and equity as milestones are achieved

Key Performance Objectives (KPO) Bonus Plan

The bonus structure is based on the achievement of quarterly and project-based Key Performance Indicators:

• Client Onboarding & Retention: 10+ onboardings with <5% churn in 90 days — €4,000
• Developer Coordination & Delivery: 90% sprint tasks delivered on time for 2+ quarters — €3,000
• Inventory Management Rollout: Deployment of unified inventory module — €6,000
• Website Redevelopment: Relaunch of public-facing website with functional bot & store tie-ins — €5,000
• User Satisfaction (NPS > 8): Via onboarding surveys and feedback — €2,000
• Revenue Milestone: Achieve 2x revenue growth from platform accounts — €5,000
• Maximum Annual Bonus Pool: €50,000

Bonuses will be evaluated quarterly and paid upon completion and verification of deliverables.

Hard Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years experience in project management, technical operations, or product coordination, product ownership, product manager within a tech company or in a coding role.
• Excellent communicator with strong logical and process thinking, and a strong understanding of technology.
• Ability to manage remote software developers, write clear requirements, and test outcomes
• Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments with lean teams
• A 420-friendly mindset, or knowledge of the legal cannabis space

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with Telegram bots, or AI Bots in general or e-commerce
• Shopify, WooCommerce, or inventory management exposure
• Hands on coding experience + the communication and project management skills

Compensation & benefits

40,000 Euros – 50,000 Euros + Bonus as depicted above (Some flexibility for very strong candidates, so if you are looking for slightly more, please still apply)

Fully remote position, based anywhere in EU.
