Responsibilities 
- As a member of the support team, you will assist national and international customers from veterinary practices, clinics, and universities. 
 - Your core task is to answer questions by phone about our products, especially our practice management software easyVET. 
 - After intensive onboarding, you may, as a support professional, conduct user-focused training for smaller or larger user groups on site when needed and interested. 
 - There is potential to support customers on technical topics or at the operating system level, including configuration, installation, and administration of Windows servers. 
 - We do not rely on predefined canned responses or strict First/Second/Third Level separation; you will contribute independently and explain solutions in your own words. 
 - On a rotating schedule, you will be responsible for on-call support outside business hours and on weekends during phone-based duty rosters approximately every 10 weeks. 
  
Qualifications 
- You are a communicative, friendly personality with strong phone contact skills and demonstrate competence, reliability, and professionalism. 
 - You have a completed training as a Medical Assistant (TFA) or a similar qualification and some experience in customer or patient care. 
 - You have proficient PC skills and can quickly learn new software products. 
 - You work independently and in an organized manner. 
 - You are comfortable engaging with customers over the phone in Isernhagen or in veterinary practices and clinics on-site. 
 - You have solid English, and knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus. 
 - Ideally you are a veterinary assistant or practice manager with extensive experience using easyVET and familiarity with daily practice or clinic operations; or you can bring relevant experience from other fields such as sales, medicine, or tourism as a curious/quereporter candidate.
