Team Lead R&D / Software Development | SaaS

We're searching for a Team Lead R&D / Software Development to spearhead an innovative team in Munich!

The company:

A start-up company in Munich, transforming product data into business value, they are a leading SaaS company for product mining.

Please note: This role requires fluent German language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead our R&D team , guiding them in architectural decisions and technology selection.
• Leverage AI services to develop valuable use cases.
• Continuously enhance our SaaS product by adding features, fixing bugs, and refactoring legacy code .
• Work within an agile Scrum team , contributing ideas and collaborating with Product Management to deliver a winning product.
• Write high-quality code you're proud of.

Your Profile:

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience using AI for business purposes .
• Strong leadership mindset .
• Excellent skills in C# / .Net, Relational Databases, and SQL .
• Highly independent and self-organized , with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with agile, SCRUM-based processes .
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential; good German is a plus.
• An IT/software development education, Angular, and Azure DevOps experience are also advantageous.
