We're searching for a Team Lead R&D / Software Development to spearhead an innovative team in Munich! If you're passionate about building exceptional SaaS products using state-of-the-art technology and AI, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.

The company:
A start-up company in Munich, transforming product data into business value, they are a leading SaaS company for product mining.

Please note: This role requires fluent German language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead our R&D team, guiding them in architectural decisions and technology selection.
Leverage AI services to develop valuable use cases.
Continuously enhance our SaaS product by adding features, fixing bugs, and refactoring legacy code.
Work within an agile Scrum team, contributing ideas and collaborating with Product Management to deliver a winning product.
Write high-quality code you're proud of.

Your Profile:

5+ years of software development experience.
2+ years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in SaaS application development.
Experience using AI for business purposes.
Strong leadership mindset.
Excellent skills in C# / .Net, Relational Databases, and SQL.
Highly independent and self-organized, with strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience with agile, SCRUM-based processes.
Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential; good German is a plus.
An IT/software development education, Angular, and Azure DevOps experience are also advantageous.
