My client who are a leading company in laser therapy is seeking an experienced Team Lead to take charge of both technical and organisational aspects of their software projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a group of developers, fostering growth and team collaboration
• Organize development tasks and priorities across internal staff and external partners
• Provide input on system architecture and perform in-depth code assessments
• Develop key software components, particularly using C++, CUDA, and real-time image processing techniques
• Collaborate with teams across quality assurance, compliance, and systems development
• Ensure development activities align with product regulations and technical standards
• Support agile planning, document technical progress, and track release milestones

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on software development experience, preferably in C++, Linux, and Python
• At least 2 years in a technical leadership or team coordination role
• Exposure to compliance-driven environments (e.g., regulated industries, safety-critical systems)
• Experience with GPU programming and image processing in real-time applications
• Strong interpersonal skills and a pragmatic approach to project execution
• Able to contribute both technically and strategically to software direction
