Solution Architect (f/m/d) Enterprise Recipe Management in the Pharmaceutical Industry - Siemens Advanta

Responsibilities

• Bring end‑to‑end Pharma Enterprise Recipe Management expertise to the project team and drive:
  • Assessment of clients’ requirements
  • Development of reusable use cases
  • Enterprise architecture comprising Siemens and non‑Siemens technology across all project phases
  • Creation of ERM understanding within the Siemens organization
• Navigate the technology stack for Enterprise Recipe Management solutions to bridge R&D and manufacturing of drugs.
• Convince and influence the customer of Siemens Advanta vision and solutions; manage customer expectations and ensure satisfaction.
• Support the delivery function with business experience and understanding.
• Review functional design, technical design, test strategy, deployment concept, and plan.
• Verify customer requirements, assess impacts, and propose solutions for change requests.
• Central contact person towards the customer on solution architecture topics.

Qualifications

• Education
  • Engineering degree, preferably in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (asset but not required).
• Experience & Skills
  • 4+ years of solution architecture experience or equivalent.
  • Full product/software development life cycle experience.
  • Understanding of SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS.
  • Strong experience in LifeScience industry and key processes.
  • Experience with enterprise recipe management solutions asset.
  • PLM applications experience mandatory; Teamcenter beneficial.
  • Manufacturing processes knowledge valuable.
  • Large enterprise project experience across R&D, manufacturing, operations.
  • Full life‑cycle application experience with business challenges.
  • Background in pharmaceutical or similar process industries.
  • Knowledge of simulation techniques in drug product development.
  • AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure certifications asset.

  • Proficient in English and German.
