Responsibilities

• Gathering requirements, designing, and implementing modern solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform tools (focus areas: Governance, ALM, Security, Interfaces, Adoption, and Artificial Intelligence).


• Consulting renowned clients on the introduction and use of the Power Platform.


• Taking on stream lead roles in complex, cross-technology projects.


• Mentoring and supporting our junior colleagues in their professional development.


• Delivering training sessions and workshops for our clients.


• Continuous learning and deepening of Microsoft topics, especially in the area of Power Platform and Copilot technologies.


• Supporting presales activities.

Profile

• In-depth functional and technical knowledge of the Microsoft Enterprise Cloud ecosystem.


• Several years of hands‑on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate.


• Solid knowledge of Dataverse, Azure, and M365.


• Experience with emerging technologies such as Copilot Studio Agents, Plan Designer, or similar tools.


• Passion for innovative cloud services and enthusiasm for exploring new solutions.


• Enjoyment in sharing knowledge and collaborating within a large, collegial expert team.


• Excellent German and good English language skills.
