YOUR TASKS IN DETAIL
  • HR IT project portfolio and system landscape: You are responsible for creating and monitoring the HR IT project portfolio and the HR IT system landscape of our customers.
  • Consulting and implementation: You provide our customers with technical advice from the conception and introduction to the operational implementation of SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM modules.
  • SAP roadmaps and integration solutions: You develop and implement SAP roadmaps for HR and implement technical integration solutions for SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Project management and workshops: You take on (partial) project management for challenging HR IT projects, such as module launches, HCM carve-outs or H4S4 conversions. You conduct workshops and training sessions and accompany the implementation on site.
  • Technical expertise and consulting: You ensure that all HR projects run smoothly and are implemented to the complete satisfaction of our customers.

YOUR PROFILE - WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
  • Professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors projects: You have several years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors projects and have successfully completed at least three end-to-end implementations in a managerial role.
  • Certifications and expertise: You have relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, SuccessFactors EC or Core-Hybrid and have in-depth knowledge of SAP BTP Integration Suite and/or SAP Build.
  • Process and integration understanding: You have a good understanding of data migration and integration processes required for the successful implementation of HR solutions.
  • Willingness to travel: You are willing to travel occasionally for customer meetings and workshops and to discover new places.
  • Strong communication skills: You can communicate complex topics clearly and convincingly and enjoy working in an agile team.
