Solution Consultant – Finance & Controlling Applications/SAP FI (m/f/d)

Join us at TieTalent as a Solution Consultant – Finance & Controlling Applications/SAP FI (m/f/d) .

Location: Headquartered in Wiesbaden, Germany, within our Global IT division. Immediate start preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Be part of our Finance & Controlling Applications Team in an international IT environment.
• Consult and manage stakeholders, acting as the primary contact for FI & CO applications.
• Conduct demand management to understand business needs and derive IT solutions.
• Organize requirement analysis, workshops, and surveys to gather and consolidate requests.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineers, designing solutions using User Stories, Use Cases, and Best Practices.
• Opportunities to expand into managing other FI & CO applications beyond SAP.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration, international management, business informatics, or similar.
• 3-5 years of experience in SAP, especially SAP-FI (SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA).
• Experience in consulting and requirement analysis for international finance processes.
• Knowledge of FI-AR, FI-AP, FI-AA (tax reports, payment runs, asset accounting, master data, audits).
• Service-oriented and user-centric mindset.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
• Proficiency in English and German.
