Your tasks include working closely with colleagues on exciting projects to optimize structures, processes, and IT systems along the value chain for customers in various industries. Detailed responsibilities include:

1. Analyzing customer requirements and coordinating with involved teams.
2. Creating paper prototypes and simple solution concepts.
3. Implementing noCode developments based on the cplace platform, such as:
• Developing information/data models.
• Configuring page layouts.
• Modeling with noCode/lowCode tools.
• Designing functionalities for data integration, implemented by developers.
• Defining authorization models.
• Testing solutions.
• Planning and executing quality assurance and documenting processes.
• Managing projects and orders partially.
• Exchanging best practices with partners.
• Applying strong methodical and technical skills with motivation to explore new areas independently.
• Conceiving target processes and specifying IT requirements.
• Collaborating closely with clients' employees using modern change management methods.

Your profile should include a degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience, with 2-3 years in agile software projects, knowledge of product development, project management, and enterprise software customization, and fluency in German and English.
