Contract: 6 months (extendable to 9 months) - remote based in EU circa $600 USD per day


Overview:
Our client are seeking a seasoned Solution Engineer to support the architecture, development, and implementation of digital identity and case management solutions within a global humanitarian IT ecosystem. This role involves hands-on technical leadership, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and a focus on delivering scalable, secure, and user-centered applications.


Key Responsibilities:
• Lead solution design and development using Power Platform, Azure, and .NET (C#).
• Guide DevOps processes including CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with security, data protection, and platform teams to ensure compliance.
• Provide technical oversight across project lifecycle: architecture, development, documentation, and QA.
• Engage with stakeholders, MSPs, and governance bodies to deliver high-quality outcomes.


Key Requirements:
• 9+ years of experience in global IT systems design/support.
• 7+ years in solution architecture and technical leadership.
• Expertise in Power Platform (model-driven apps, Power Pages, Power Automate), C#/.NET, and Azure Functions.
• Proficient with Azure DevOps, Git, and agile delivery.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working in complex or distributed environments, including low-bandwidth/field settings.


Preferred:
• Familiarity with data protection regulations and Microsoft enterprise platforms.
• Microsoft certifications (Power Platform / Azure).
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) for development.
