Headquarters are in Berlin with hubs in Tallinn and London. This role is focused on the London or Berlin hubs, with relocation support available.

Team and role context

Solutions at Upvest are seen as a trusted technical advisor for prospective clients, using industry and Upvest expertise to provide innovative, tailored solutions that empower clients to build world-leading investment experiences.

Your mission

As a Solutions Consultant you will partner with the sales team to demonstrate Upvest’s value to prospective clients and develop a deep understanding of their business needs and challenges. You will streamline and accelerate the technical pre-sales process by developing and managing standardised technical content and steering RFI/RFP processes (including implementing a state-of-the-art tooling stack). This role involves cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, operations and banking teams to develop comprehensive solutions addressing all requirements.

What you’ll bring

• Experience across solutions engineering/consulting, technical sales or client-facing consulting roles within complex financial services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, effectively engaging both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience creating client-facing collateral including design artifacts and technical specifications, with strong attention to detail.
• Keen interest in tooling to support and enhance solution processes and strong project management skills to ensure delivery.
• Good technical understanding and a passion for technology and the investment market with a proactive approach to learning and knowledge sharing.

Nice to have

• Bring a client-first mindset and a pragmatic approach to solving problems, capturing and translating requirements into technical solutions with a strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in autonomous environments with excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and ownership of outcomes.
• Experience in the investment space and B2B SaaS products.
