A leading international organisation is expanding its procurement capabilities and is looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager IT to drive technology sourcing initiatives and support business growth across its German operations.

Your responsibilities:

Act as the procurement lead for IT-related categories, including software, hardware, and services
Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and technology goals
Lead supplier negotiations and contract management, ensuring best value and compliance
Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and global teams
Identify new suppliers, manage vendor performance, and drive continuous improvement
Support digital transformation and innovation initiatives through strategic sourcing solutions
Contribute to process optimisation and cost‑saving projects across IT procurement

Your profile:

5+ years’ experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management, ideally in IT categories
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to manage complex sourcing projects independently
Excellent communication skills in German and English (both required)
Analytical mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement
Degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT Management, or a related field
Occasional travel within Germany and Europe
