Stellenbeschreibung:

I’m building a unisex comfort/streetwear brand and I’m looking for an experienced sourcing agent / product developer to help me find the right manufacturing partner (direct factories, not trading companies). We focus on high-quality heavyweight hoodies and sweatpants (oversized / comfy fit, similar to Fear of God Essentials or Comfrt).




What we need:

• Heavyweight oversized hoodies & sweatpants (350–400 GSM fleece/cotton)
• 2–3 unisex colors to start (Pantone custom dyeing)
• Basic hoodie with custom embroidery/branding (Our Tech Pack is already finished)
• Ability to scale production over time (MOQ flexibility)
• Clear cost breakdown (fabric, production, branding, packaging, shipping, duties)
• Sampling coordination before final production
• Long-term partnership with a supplier who can grow with us



Production budget (for context): ~€15,000 (not part of this job – this job is sourcing only).
Target first order: ~500–700 sets.




What I expect from you:

• Proven experience in apparel sourcing (esp. streetwear/comfortwear)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with manufacturers
• Examples of brands or projects you’ve worked with in this space
• Fixed price or hourly rate for supplier sourcing, negotiation & sample coordination



Goal:

Find a reliable manufacturer who can deliver high-quality, heavyweight hoodies & sweatpants and build a long-term relationship for future collections.
