As Project QA Engineer, ensuring European space projects meet top quality standards and drive exploration forward!

YOUR MISSION

• Define, implement, monitor, and control Quality Assurance (QA) processes in alignment with ISO 9001 and ECSS standards
• Conduct QA audits, process assessments, and lessons learned analyses
• Support preparation and follow-up of Test Readiness Reviews and Test Review Boards
• Manage anomaly/NCR reporting, root cause analyses, and formal review processes
• Develop and monitor metrics, indicators, and dashboards focused on software quality and development processes
• Apply Agile practices and service management frameworks (ISO 20000, ITIL) to software development projects
• Work with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, PowerBI, SAP, and SharePoint for QA, risk, and project tracking
• Ensure compliance with system engineering and software life cycle standards (ISO 12207)

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and experience working in ISO 9001-certified environments
• Sound understanding of ECSS E-40 and Q-80 standards
• Proven experience in QA process implementation, monitoring, and audits
• Hands-on experience in risk management, lessons learned processes, and formal reviews
• Knowledge of Space Ground Systems and mission-critical operations
• Experience in generating QA and project management metrics
• Proficiency in anomaly/action management tools (e.g., JIRA)
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
