WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

In our team you will develop state of the art algorithms, as well as their integration in automatic and operational systems. This role involves working on cutting-edge projects together with an experienced team of engineers and requires strong software development skills.

Your main tasks will be:

• Design, develop and maintain high-quality software for space surveillance and tracking.
• Understand, improve and analyze existing astrodynamics software.
• Design, implement and validate state of the art algorithms.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

We are looking for experts in Software Development with background and interest in Space Surveillance and Tracking.

To thrive in this role, you’ll ideally have:

• Deep expertise in statistics and estimation theory.
• Strong background in astrodynamics.
• Experience with software development.
• Proficiency in C++ or Python.

We will also value previous experience, and knowledge in:

• High-performance computing and parallel processing.
• Space debris mitigation strategies.
• Ground-based and space-based surveillance technologies.
• Java.
• Docker.
