Für unseren Standort in Saalfeld (Thüringen) suchen wir Sie als Specialist Betriebsmittelmanagement / Qualitätssicherung (m/w/d) . Die Position ist für die Dauer von 12 Monaten befristet.
Ihre Aufgabe:


• Der Fokus dieser Position liegt auf der initialen Erstellung und laufenden Pflege eines internen & externen Betriebsmittelmanagements (Messmittel, Maschinen, Fertigungshilfsmitteln, Leitern,…)
  
  
• Dies beinhaltet:
  
  • eine initiale Inventur aller Betriebsmittel und die Erfassung im ERP-System
    
  • die Organisation einer regelmäßigen, präventiven Wartung intern oder in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern
    
  • die Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs, mit Fokus auf die Digitalisierung und Automatisierung der Prozesse
    
    
    
weitere Aufgaben, die im Rahmen der Mitarbeit in der Qualitätssicherung auftreten können, sind:

• Durchführung von Wareneingangsprüfungen bei Serienteilen
  
• Durchführung einer rechtssicheren Reklamationsabwicklung und Bewertung von Ursachenberichten und nachhaltigen Abstellmaßnahmen
  
• Aktive Kommunikation mit internationalen Lieferanten
  
• Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung im Bereich
  
  
  
Ihr Profil:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännisch / technische Ausbildung
  
• Entsprechende Weiterbildung als Meister, Techniker, Betriebswirt oder Studium zum Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen
  
• Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Problemlösebereitschaft, Teamgeistundunternehmerisches Denken.
  
• Kommunikationsstärke und souveränes Auftretenim Umgang mit Mitarbeitern, Lieferanten und Partnern.
  
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen, ERP-System, sowie Interesse an der Etablierung digitaler Prozessen
  
• Konversationssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  
• Erfahrungen in der Umsetzung von Lean-Projekten wünschenswert
