Specialist (m/f/d) IT Application Management Operations

Your tasks

You will be responsible for the availability and functionality of our applications in technical operations
You will be responsible for planning and managing the operational takeover of projects and provide support for further development projects
You are the central technical contact for internal specialist departments and external service providers in the event of faults and problems
You independently manage and coordinate (major) incidents and ensure that problems are solved quickly and effectively
You plan and manage change and release processes independently and proactively, taking security aspects into account
You actively participate in the optimization of operational processes and implement them independently

Your profile

You have a degree in (business) informatics or comparable training, for example as an IT specialist for system integration with relevant professional experience
You have knowledge of client/server applications, database systems and/or CRM systems
You have experience in the operational operation of applications, in incident, problem and change management as well as service provider management
You are characterized by an independent, structured and punctual way of working
Very advanced German language skills at C1 level round off your profile
