Specialist (m/w/d) Production Support

The Concrete Tower Business Unit specializes in the design, production, and installation of concrete towers for wind turbines. 
Your focus as an HSE Specialist (m/f/d) in wind farms:
You implement the measures defined in the company’s Health and Safety Plan and ensure their effectiveness during construction and installation. You also organize HSE inspections related to occupational safety and environmental topics (e.g. waste, emissions, chemicals, resource consumption) and actively participate in improvement projects within the Concrete Tower organization.
Review and verify HSE documentation from subcontractors (RAMS analysis, HSE plan review, training matrix evaluation, etc.)
Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements on site
Support the identification and resolution of safety-related issues (e.g. anomalies or deficiencies in occupational health and safety)
Proficient in HSE-specific software
Very good English skills; German is a plus
You are ready to travel and work flexibly on-site according to project requirements.
