Specialist Order Management (m/f/d) - limited to one year

Your mission

• You are responsible for managing software license orders. This includes generating licenses, handling software delivery and maintenance, as well as invoicing in the ERP system.
• You will also work on optimizing our existing processes and help shape our delivery workflows across departments.
• Close communication with our customers and the preparation of various reports are part of your daily business.
• Together with the entire team, you will participate in internal projects and have the opportunity to take on responsibility.

Your profile

• You have a degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
• Further training as a certified accountant or business administrator is an advantage.
• You have several years of experience in accounting, sales support, or order processing.
• Ideally, you are familiar with Dynamics, SAP ByD, and Chargebee.
• You are proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• You have excellent Dutch and English skills; knowledge of French is a plus.
• A quick grasp and attention to detail characterize your way of working.
