Speculative Application in Tech & Data Team

The application process includes:

• A first interview with one of our people & culture managers to see if our ideas and values match.
• A 60-minute technical interview with our specialists, where you can showcase your technical knowledge and ask questions.
• A tryout task and debriefing, where you'll receive a task that fits your new role and have the chance to discuss it with our team members.
• A final meeting with our leadership community, where you'll get to know some team members and receive an offer if it's a good fit.
