Job Overview

In this role you will manage and evolve our intranet as a central communication platform, creating, publishing and optimising content that meets the needs of internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Editorially oversee the creation, preparation and publishing of intranet content.
• Strategically and operationally develop our intranet platform.
• Analyze user needs, design improvements and implement them.
• Collaborate closely with business units to design optimal content and processes.
• Monitor, report and continuously optimise intranet performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Management or related field.
• Significant experience in internal communication, intranet management or digital workplace.
• Experience with SharePoint Online and strong understanding of usability and user experience.
• Strong editorial skills and ability to communicate to target audiences.
• Continuous learning attitude and interest in emerging digital tools and communication trends.
