Team & Manpower Leadership:
Proven ability to manage a team of 75–100 operators across multiple product lines, ensuring efficient manpower planning, shift coordination, and team productivity.

Material & Workflow Handling:
Skilled in handling material flow and logistics on the production floor, ensuring optimal inventory utilization and minimizing bottlenecks.

Quality Control & 5S Implementation:
Experienced in supervising production with strong adherence to quality control processes and implementation of 5S methodologies for a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

Real-time Problem Solving:
Demonstrated ability to resolve on-floor process issues in real time without interrupting production, ensuring consistent output and minimal downtime.

Process Documentation & MS Excel Skills:
Proficient in MS Excel with the ability to create and maintain SOPs, production reports, manpower schedules, and performance metrics.
