Your Impact

We're looking to welcome a Senior Consultant, Business Analysis , who will play a key role in supporting clients with their e-invoicing, e-reporting, and trading partner EDI requirements . You will work closely with client technical and functional teams, OpenText project management, and internal colleagues to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and mapping solutions . Beyond creating map specifications, you will also take ownership of ensuring quality, providing leadership and guidance to analyst and mapping teams, and reviewing project deliverables for consistency before client delivery.

What The Role Offers

• Delivering expert consulting services on complex mapping correlations aligned with e-invoicing, e-reporting, and EDI best practices.
• Advising customers on business application requirements to support e-invoicing, e-reporting, or trading partner EDI needs.
• Interpreting business processes and translating them into technical specifications and project documentation.
• Coordinating development activities across global teams.
• Providing leadership and direction to analyst and mapping teams, ensuring priorities are clear, best practices are followed, and quality deliverables are consistently produced.
• Taking ownership of non-standard or complex problems and driving them through to resolution.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to define implementation designs and functional requirements.
• Managing multiple, complex projects concurrently.
• Identifying and resolving issues during unit and user acceptance testing.
• Producing clear documentation, status reports, and escalating issues where necessary to the Project Manager.

What You Need To Succeed

• Strong knowledge of e-invoicing and e-reporting mandates across Europe (experience beyond Europe is a plus).
• Familiarity with e-invoicing standards such as EN16931, PEPPOL, UBL, etc.
• Solid understanding of EDI standards (EDIFACT, TRADACOMS, X12, VDA, XML) and B2B integration
• Proven expertise in EDI mapping processes and map specification development.
• Experience with data translation tools and formats (XML, EDI, X12, IDoc, flat files, etc.).
• Consultancy experience with the ability to facilitate client workshops and present effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver against project goals.
• Experience supporting sales cycle activities (pre-sales/solutioning).
• Flexibility to travel occasionally as required.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
• Multilingual abilities in European languages (in addition to English) are highly desirable.
• Previous experience in similar consulting or business analysis roles.
