Proclinical is seeking a Sr Field Analytics Analyst to support commercial excellence in the DACH region. In this role, you will provide actionable insights, develop performance reporting, and analyze sales trends to drive strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize territory performance and align analytics with company goals. This position is ideal for a data-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about leveraging analytics to make an impact.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and evaluate sales performance and market trends across territories, districts, and regions to identify growth opportunities and gaps.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and address data-related questions from field teams.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports to deliver timely, actionable insights.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with commercial objectives and corporate strategy.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and other commercial stakeholders to define KPIs and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Visualize and communicate KPI performance through dashboards and executive-level presentations.
- Interpret field and customer data to identify opportunities and inefficiencies across geographies and segments.
- Provide insights and recommendations on segmentation, targeting, coverage models, and resource allocation.
- Promote data-driven decision-making through automation, self-service analytics tools, and training for field teams.
- Contribute to building scalable processes and tools that empower field teams to access insights independently.
- Champion data quality, consistency, and efficiency in analytics reporting.
Key Skills and Requirements
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Salesforce.
- Ability to develop and communicate KPIs, insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Proven working history in commercial analytics, preferably within healthcare, life sciences, or commercial operations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce dashboards, reports, and configurations is preferred.
- Proven ability to support process improvement and data-driven decision-making.
- Effective collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with sales leaders, operations teams, and data strategy groups.
- Strong communication and visualization skills to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Flexible and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Spotfire and basic coding skills is a plus.
